THE BYERLEY TURK
The horse later to be known as the Byerley Turk, found it's way to stud in Ireland, after carrying the Captain, then a Colonel, at the Battle of the Boyne. At stud he sired many foals. They were very succesful and in time the Horse world noticed that his were particularly successful. which were tested on the track in England. |
